Sandin Law managing partner, Toni M. Sandin, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). ACTEC is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors whose character and ability contribute to the achievement of the College. Its more than 2,400 members are called “Fellows” and practice throughout the United States, Canada and other foreign countries.
Toni was carefully chosen by a group of peer-elected trust and estate attorneys across the United States and abroad for her outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar activities. She has been invited to speak at a number of events in the region on topics such as business succession planning, real estate, charitable giving, advanced estate planning techniques, as well as special needs planning. Toni is the owner and founder of Sandin Law and is licensed to practice law in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Arizona.
Toni practices in the areas of estate planning, including estate and gift tax planning and special needs trusts, probate and trust administration, and charitable planning. She works with individuals and business clients on real estate transactions, including commercial leases, assisting clients with business entity planning, and business succession planning. Toni is also a Certified Public Accountant, having earned her CPA designation in 2003.
